Wish to be Sailor of Navy and Visit Submarine

Loyalty and love with the nation are the driven forces for a nation. The spirit of patriotism can be see among brave soldiers of armed forces. 16 years old Hasab Habib Ur Rehman has been fighting a lifelong battle against his life-threatening condition. From the childhood he always dreamed to be a Navy Officer and his illness never became a hurdle in his way. When Make-A-Wish volunteers visited him at the hospital he uttered his most cherished wish to be a Naval Officer and visit Submarine in elegant.

Make-A-Wish Pakistan in collaboration with Pak-Navy granted Hasab’s wish in a very unique way in an elegant ceremony the Vice Admiral Owais Ahmed Bilgirami Commander Pakistan Fleet decorated Hasab and awarded him rank of Sub-Lieutenant.

Later, newly inducted Sub-Lieutenant Hasab was received at dockyard by Commodore Syed Sajid Hussain Commander Submarine and his team. The Commander of Submarine accompanied by the wish child to Augusta the jewel of Pak-Navy. This was a dream come true moment for Hasab, his face was filled with joy and love, Hasab showed his gratitude by Saluting the Officers present there.
