Deedar Ali, age 12 years is suffering from blood cancer and his illness is in the last stage.
He is being treated at National Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases (NICVD). During the visit of Make A Wish volunteers he informed them his innermost wish is to meet the Prime Minister often seen on television and he idolized him. Eventually the wish to meet the Prime Minister became his utmost desire closest to his heart. He only kept his desire to himself as he knows meeting with the Prime Minister is next to impossible but he never lost hope. When he heard that a personal meeting was arranged with the Prime Minister, he could not believe it, at first he said nobody will make him believe that it will be a reality.
