Every one of us waits anxiously for our birthday when all our family, friends and well-wishers gather to greet us with heart-warming wishes and present us with valuable or inexpensive gifts. But, unknown to many of us, there are many children who never get an opportunity to attend any such celebrations, let alone celebrating their own birthday.

It is a common, every-day observation that kids love little teddy bears and toys and seek pleasure in simpler joys of life.  But, our little wish child Ali Raza, 5 years of age, is truly special and unique.  We do not come across such kids on a regular basis who wish for a remote-control car larger than his  own size!

Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan brought magical moments of strength and joy to the gloomy life of Abdul Khaliq, who is a 13-year-old patient of Thalassemia Major , receiving medication from Fatimid Foundation. Abdul Khaliq always insisted his parents to buy him a bicycle as he, too, wished to take long rides on a bicycle like his other friends did. His parents, however, were not in a financial position to support their child’s wish.

Cellular phones have definitely become the prime inventions of today and many young children are quiet obsessed to have one of their own. Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan granted the most cherished wish of Amir Ali who longed to possess a mobile phone of his own as his parent cannot afford to buy it for Amir.

Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan granted the most cherished wish of 12-year-old Babar Yousuf who always wanted to have a play station. Babar is suffering from heart complication and he is receiving medical treatment from National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Diseases (NICVD).

Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan granted the inner-most wish of 9 years old girl Mansha Fatima who is suffering from Blood Cancer and undergoing treatment at Fatimid Foundation.

Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan granted the wish of a 16-year-old boy Waqas Shafiq, who longed to possess a bicycle.  Waqas is a young boy suffering from Thalassemia Major, receiving treatment from Fatimid Foundation.

Salma, a 9 years old girl is suffering from heart complication and being treated at NICVD Hospital. She informed our volunteers that her innermost wish is to celebrate her birthday and have a party as she never had a birthday celebration before. She also had this unique wish that on this special day she wanted to wear her favourite pink dress and matching shoes.

Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan  granted the most cherished wish of 16 years old Faizan Fareed Ahmed who always wanted to have a mobile phone of his own.
Faizan, who is currently being treated at Hussini Hospital, is a patient of chronic liver disease.

Raj Jawairlal, a 9 years old kid being treated at Fatimid Hospital, is a patient of Thalassemia Major. Raj was keen to have a mobile phone so that he could remain in contact with his family and friends and play games as well to kill boredom.

Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan completely amazed 10 years old Waseem Mohammad, who always wanted to have a video game. Waseem is being treated at Fatimid Hospital and is suffering from Thalassemia Major.

Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan fulfilled the wish of 16 years old Kamran Mehmood, a patient of Hepatitis C. He is currently receiving medical attention in Civil Hospital.

Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan  was able to bring a change in the life of 9 years old girl Sanjena Vijay who always dreamed to have a television.

Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan granted the wish of 17 years old Asad Mohammad Shafiq, who desperately longed to possess his own motor cycle. Asad, who is suffering from Thalassemia Major, is currently being treated at Fatimid Hospital.

Faizan Saleem is an 8 years old boy suffering from hepatitis, thalasaemia and tuberculosis. He was battling with these complicated diseases and under critical medical condition.
