Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan granted the most cherished wish of 12-year-old Babar Yousuf who always wanted to
have a play station. Babar is suffering from heart complication and he is receiving medical treatment from National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Diseases (NICVD).Due to his heart disease, it was not possible for Babar to take part in any outdoor sports like other kids of his age. As most of his time was spent at home, so he wanted to have a play station of his own to keep himself engaged and entertained throughout the day. When our volunteers visited him at the hospital, he was more than happy to inform them about his wish and interacted with them cheerfully.
Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Federal Advisor on Textiles presented the Play Station to Babar at the wish granting event, Babar’s happiness was immense and ecstasy immeasurable as he received the Play Station along with DVD’s of his favourite game. He thanked Make A Wish Pakistan whole heartedly for granting his innermost wish which his parents could not afford to buy for him.
