Iqra Gulzar - I wish to be a Princess
 Iqra Gulzar, 16 years catched the glimpses of media and people, when she arrived at the residence of US Consul General in Karachi. The US Consul General witnessed an unusual sight as a horse-carriage drove to its entrance carrying the little princess. Dressed in a sparkling white gown and white lacy gloves, she waves her hand to the guests confidently as princess. She looked so beautiful that everyone was amazed at the awesome sight of a georgeous and stunning princess. We wish to dine at Five star hotel ( Pearl Continental )
  Muhammad Riaz, 14 years old is suffering from kidney disease and is being treated at the National Institute of Child Health Karachi. He seemed to be a very content boy who did not want anything from anybody. On inquiring about his dearest wish, he revealed that he wanted to taste a variety of food at a five star hotel. Ahsan Yousuf, 5 years old, is suffering from heart disease and being treated at the National Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases. He desired to have a scrumptious lunch at a fine five star hotel with his family. We wish to travel by Aeroplane and visit Islamabad
   Travel comes from some deep urge to see the world, like the urge that brings up a worm in an Irish bog to see the moon when it is full. Travel and change of place impart new vigour to the mind. We wish to visit Dream World Amusement Park & Resort and spend a day with our family
   It was memorable day for four ailing children of Make A Wish Foundation Pakistan that they were going to spent the whole day at Dream World Amusement Park & Resort” famous for its beautiful landscape away from the scrawling city with their families. we wish to meet our Cricket hero Shahid Afridi
 It was a memorable day for ten wish kids whose innermost wishes were to meet their Cricket heartthrob, Captain of Pakistan Cricket Team, Shahid Khan Afridi. Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan granted their wishes with full of excitement and preparation. These ailing children are Furqan Kursheed aged 16 years, suffering from bone cancer, Adnan Siddiqui and Ali Haider, aged 10 years, Mohammad Shahzad 15 years old, all are suffering from Thalassemia Major. Zar Ali 8 years old who is at a very young age is already suffering from chronic kidney disease. Some other wish children also joined the wish granting. All wish children were wearing Pakistan National Cricket Team’s uniform and they looked stunningly very smart. The wish granting ceremony was held at the Cricket Ground of famous private Social Club in Karachi “The Karachi Gymkhana”. Muhammad Usama- I wish to be a Pilot

Zulfiqar is a very sports lover and is extremely fond of cricket games, by doing so he almost forgets that he is suffering from thalasaemia major, a life threatening disease that is prevalent amongst the young children in Pakistan. His parents says that he love cricket more than anything else in this world. On interaction with Make A Wish® Volunteer, this young sportsman informed them that he wish to meet the Captain of under 19 Pakistan’s International Cricket team Mr Azeem Ghuman. Junaid Ghani – I wish to have a Mobile Phone
 14 years old Junaid Ghani’s wish was to have a mobile phone so that he could keep in touch with his family and to play games while he gets his treatments at the hospital. He is being treated at the National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Diseases Karachi. Two of his heart valves are damaged. When Junaid was asked by the Make-A-Wish Pakistan® volunteer team about his number one wish would be, he said that he wanted to travel by air. He was in a critical state and therefore, not in the condition to afford an air travel. He uttered his second most cherished wish to have a mobile phone. The wish team decided to fulfil his second wish at the hospital as rush wish. Areesha – I wish to have Mobile Phone
 Areesha is a 10 years old cute girl with sad eyes because her mother died and she lives with her sister, brother and father. Areesha is a kidney patient and in critical condition. When MAW volunteers offered her to make her dream come true she was excited and told them that her cherish is to have a Mobile phone to keep in touch with her sister Areeba as when she goes to Karachi for her treatment with her father, she wants to remain in contact with her sister on Mobile Phone. Faisal Kerio - I wish to become a Doctor
 Faisal Kerio is a 6 year’s old stubby boy diagnosed with Thalasaemia since the day he was born. He dreamt of becoming a Doctor as he was inspired by the Doctors activities in the Zanbia Cancer and Thalasaemia Clinic where he is getting treatment. Uzma Hayat – I wish to visit the Tomb of the father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam
 On the occasion of World Wish Day, the wish of Uzma Hyatt has been granted. Uzma, an 11 years old sensitive little girl longed to visit the mausoleum of the great leader Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan and pay tribute to him. She uttered her wish to the volunteer team of Make-A-Wish® Pakistan, when they visited her at the National Institute of Cardio Vascular Diseases Karachi. She suffers from serious heart and lungs problems. Her heart valves are defective and as a result she runs out of breath doing physical activities. Zeeshan Fayaz - I wish to eat at a famous hotel with my family
Zeeshan Fayaz is an 8 years old sweet and gentle boy suffering from Nephritic Syndrome and is being treated at the National Institute of Child Health Karachi. He seemed a very content boy who did not want anything from anybody. On inquiring about his dearest wish, he revealed that he wanted to taste a variety of food at a five star hotel.Make-A-Wish® Pakistan team was very anxious that he would thoroughly enjoy a very special wish day.
Tahira Baryal – I wish to have lunch at a five star hotel with my family
Tahira Baryal's dearest wish was straight from the heart of a little girl living in a fantasy world. She desired to have a scrumptious lunch at a fine five star hotel with her family. She is 14 years old undergoing treatment for Bilateral Renal Calculi at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation Karachi. She conveyed her most cherished wish to the Make-A- Wish® Pakistan volunteers, when the team visited her.
Rageshwari – I wish to have Remote Control Helicopter
 Life has so many topsy turvy; there are pain and sorrows along with happiness. We cannot even imagine there are children suffering from life threatening diseases but despite of all they manage to live their lives better than healthy people. They never give up, they smile on their sorrows and they fight with the pain. They are marvelous and especially those children, who are very small but they have energy to live a happiest life.
